Question: How do I make a reservation?

Reservations at time of payment are to be made via bank transfer or by cash, at any of our branch outlets. Confirmation of the reservation amount should be minimum 50% of the trip amount or else the booking remains unconfirmed.

Question: How do I cancel or postpone a booking?

You can either email us at kasturitravels@gmail.com or contact us directly over telephone. Airline charges or cancellation fees will apply with some fare types, however, if flight is cancelled, TA or Guest will be required to bear the costs.. Some reservations on restrictive fares cannot be changed. Penalties on Hotel/ Holiday Packages may vary based on season/off-season based on availability.

On securing a tour with us, we provide the guest with payment flexibility, where only an advance is to be paid, to process the reservation. The balance payment can be remitted after we provide the confirmations from the hotel & transport departments.

Question: What if I face any issues during the Tour?

There will be a dedicated Travel/Holiday Planner assigned exclusively to you, who would be in touch with you from the time when the query was initiated till the time the tour ends, In case of any issues faced, a solution would be immediately offered. Question: Why should I book with you instead of using an online booking engine, which is cheaper?

We make sure that the room booked is impeccably adhering to our guests needs during the entire vacation & we check it personally. In case of any issues your designated Holiday Planner will be assisting you. We at Kasturi, always place value over price & we will make sure that every guest is treated well & professionally. While using booking engines, these types of personal services are not available. With an enthusiastic and an experienced team, we strive to do our best and committed to ensuring an exquisite experience to all our guests.
